When you awaken with mornings light,
Do you hear my words, in loving flight.
Twist and turn in bed you find,
You can't remove my love from your mind.
Arising from the bed from that nights rest,
You finally get up and start to dress.
Like always looking into a mirror with care,
Do you see reflections of us that were there.
Reminiscing of love while brushing your hair,
Reflections of my scent may still be there.
In that mirrors reflection what should be,
Your heart remembers, you left me.
